About Me

Who is Brie?

Born and raised in Texas, I’m a first-gen Jamaican-American, wife to my favorite person, and cat mom (x3), with a decade of corporate finance under my career belt. A true Jamaican through and through, I’m never content working on just one thing at a time. Alongside this entrepreneurship journey and my 9-5, I’m currently pursuing Birth & Postpartum Doula certification, and continuing to wear out the flight benefits I receive through my husband’s hard work.

I talk about money the most because I genuinely believe money is central to everything in a capitalist society. But it's not really about the money. It's food, travel, time with family, work. It's everything you get to have, or give up, because of it.
